  • This button is blue if annotation tools are deactivated.
  • Mouse: Deactivate annotation tools and switch to your mouse pointer.
  • The annotation tools include the following: Once you select Annotate either as a participant or as the one sharing the screen, you will see the annotation bar appear (see image).
